Before your First Appointment...

Before booking, you need to know what kind of session with me can accomplish your goals. Head over to the services page to determine what fits your hair's needs. If you want some guidance, fill out the form below and we can discuss it over email!

Put it in the Books

Once you know what service to book, head over to my booking page to schedule it. Booking is done through the Salon Lola website, which is where I operate. Please note booking is only available up to one month out.

Prep your Hair

As a first-time client, you will receive a welcome email from me with instructions on how to prep your hair for your appointment and what else you might want to bring. Please follow these directions to ensure we have a successful first appointment together!

Please note, this form is not required, but if you are a new client who wants a service recommendation prior to booking, then please fill this out. I will respond to you via email with my suggestion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

I follow Salon Lola's cancelation policy. Out of respect for guests on the waitlist, a 48-hour notice of cancelation is requested. If an appointment is canceled less than 48-hours in advance, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. If you fail to show up at an appointment without communication, you will be charged the full service amount.

What is your refund/redo policy?

Refunds are not offered for any services. However, if something isn't looking quite right with your cut, inform me within three days of your appointment and I will be happy to work with you to remedy the issue. The redo policy does not cover a style or color change, meaning a fee will be applied for a fix of this nature. After one week has passed, the full-service price will apply.

What is the best way for me to get the products used during my appointment?

I primarily use Innersense products for my clients. I send all new clients home with a list of products I used on their hair and the order in which I used them.
